The AI Intelligence Workforce for export manufacturers, built operations-first. It runs the operational core — a customer PO through production, dispatch and export paperwork — with a live AI layer, while the books stay in Tally or SAP. It's built the same way the rest of PotionLabs is: software that writes and checks its own work, instead of a system that has to be hand-built and rebuilt every time the business changes.

how it's built

The AI Intelligence Workforce is built differently: the system does the building, and nothing it produces is trusted until it's been checked against the real source — a live PO, a live price list, a live production log.

01How does PotionLabs turn a purchase order into a sales order?

It reads the incoming PO PDF in any format, detects which customer sent it, extracts every line item, validates the order against the quotation, delivery history or price list, and emits a structured sales order. The operator reviews the result instead of building it, and a batch of orders that used to take about eight hours of manual entry is done in minutes.

02What export documents does PotionLabs handle?

A rule engine produces the declarations exporters live on — RoDTEP, SCOMET, LUT, EPCG and duty-drawback — driven by your HSN master and the relevant country and scheme rules, then stamps them onto the right export documents and bundles dispatch packets.

03Is the AI layer included in every deployment?

Yes. Document extraction, drafted customer replies and outreach, and a conversational operations assistant grounded on your own data are bundled into every deployment. AI proposes; a person approves anything that ships product or commits money.
